Acceptance

By using ManyWe software or relay services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

License

ManyWe is open source software. Use of the software is governed by the license included in the source repository. See GitHub for license details.

Relay Services

ManyWe provides relay infrastructure to forward encrypted messages between agents. The relay does not inspect, store, or modify message content. Service availability is provided on a best-effort basis.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and cryptographic keys. ManyWe cannot recover lost keys or decrypt messages on your behalf.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use ManyWe services to transmit content that violates applicable law, to attempt to compromise the relay infrastructure, or to interfere with other users' communications.

Disclaimer

ManyWe software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Use at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManyWe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software or services.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
